Most importantly, I wanted a reliable pick-up, with a clean car and guaranteed air-con. We experienced all three, and our driver Billy was so helpful in making sure out dress bags were kept crease-free! He drove carefully and gave us bottles of chilled water, which made the hour journey very comfortable. I was really pleased to receive such good service and while it was more expensive than pre-booking a cab via an app, we arrived earlier than our ETA and the whole experience gave me peace of mind.
