Terms & Conditions for MCR EXEC Chauffeur Services

1. General Provisions

1.1. All transactions between clients and MCR EXEC are governed by the terms and conditions outlined herein. By placing an order for luxury chauffeur services through our website, phone, or email, clients affirm their agreement to these terms and conditions.

1.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.

1.3. MCR EXEC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by updating this page. Clients are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes related to our chauffeur-driven vehicles, hourly chauffeur hire or other services.


2. Responsibilities & Liabilities

2.1. MCR EXEC shall not be held liable for clients missing flights, trains, cruise ships, or other scheduled transportation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, adverse weather, road traffic accidents, or road closures.

2.2. Clients are advised to secure appropriate travel insurance to cover such contingencies.


3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

3.1. Clients are encouraged to book executive chauffeur services at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

3.2. Refunds will not be provided to clients who fail to wait for their allocated professional chauffeur and opt for alternative transportation.

3.3. Clients must specify all pick-up dates and times in UK time.

3.4. In the event of significant flight delays, clients must inform MCR EXEC or the assigned chauffeur immediately. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate delays; however, this cannot always be guaranteed, and bookings may be classified as a 'Passenger No Show.'

3.5. For hourly chauffeur services, minimum booking durations may apply. Any extensions beyond the agreed time are subject to availability and additional charges.


4. Hourly Services & Limitations

4.1. Hourly chauffeur hire is subject to a minimum booking duration of two hours.

4.2. A maximum mileage allowance applies to hourly bookings (15 miles per hour). If mileage exceeds the specified limit, additional charges will apply at a rate of £3.60 per mile.

4.3. Any extensions to the agreed booking duration must be requested in advance and are subject to both chauffeur and vehicle availability. Additional charges for extended hours will be calculated at the standard hourly rate.


5. Hourly Services - Vehicle Return Charges

5.1. For transfers ending outside the chauffeur's base location, a vehicle return charge will apply.

5.2. This charge is calculated based on the distance between the drop-off point and the chauffeur's base, and it will be included in the final booking price.

5.3. Clients will be informed of the vehicle return charge once the booking has been completed.


6. Waiting Time - Terms & Conditions

6.1. For airport chauffeur transfers, the first hour after your selected pickup time is free. Waiting time beyond the first hour will be charged at a flat hourly rate of £60 per hour.

6.2. For all other non-airport pickups, a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is included. Beyond this period, waiting time will be charged at a flat hourly rate of £60 per hour.


7. Luggage Policy - Terms & Conditions

7.1. Generally, the standard luggage allowance is one suitcase (80 x 45 x 25 cm, 15-20 kg) and one piece of hand luggage (55 x 40 x 20 cm, 6-8 kg) per passenger. Each vehicle has a maximum luggage capacity, and clients must select the appropriate vehicle based on their luggage requirements to ensure a comfortable and safe journey.

7.2. Clients with oversized or additional luggage must inform MCR EXEC at the time of booking to arrange for a suitable chauffeur-driven vehicle. Failure to disclose oversized or excess luggage may result in delays or the need to book a larger vehicle, subject to availability and additional charges.

7.3. The Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse transport if the client has booked a smaller vehicle than required and has a disproportionate amount of luggage. In such cases, the booking may be cancelled and declared as a "Passenger No Show," and no refunds will be issued.

7.4. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their luggage complies with the specified allowances. If there is any uncertainty, clients are advised to contact MCR EXEC for assistance in selecting the appropriate vehicle for their needs.


8. Additional Charges - Terms & Conditions

8.1. MCR EXEC reserves the right to request additional payments for:

  • Extra waiting time.
  • Additional stops requested by the client.
  • Mileage added to the journey after the transfer has commenced.

9. Pricing Policy - Terms & Conditions

9.1. Fares are calculated based on distance, time of travel, number of passengers, and the type of chauffeur-driven vehicle selected.

9.2. Online published fares are valid only for journeys starting or ending in Manchester. Transfers outside Manchester may incur additional charges.

9.3. Prices for hourly chauffeur hire include a maximum mileage allowance. Additional mileage is charged separately as outlined above.


10. Booking Amendment Policy

10.1. Only a 24-hour policy applies. No amendments or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

10.2. Cancellations or amendments made outside the 24-hour window are free of charge.

10.3. Clients are encouraged to finalise their travel details before the 24-hour window to avoid any disruptions to their luxury chauffeur services. Once the 24-hour window begins, all bookings will be treated as confirmed and no changes will be accepted.


11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
