A Clitheroe service built around the wider visit
When the family journey needs more than an airport transfer
MCR EXEC is Manchester-based and does not present itself as a Clitheroe local taxi operator. This is pre-booked chauffeur travel for the substantial journeys: a family arriving into the UK, a Stonyhurst visit, a Ribble Valley hotel stay, a full day of planned calls or an onward journey across the country.
Many international families have only one chance each year to combine a school visit with time in Manchester, London or elsewhere in the UK. Flights, accommodation, campus arrangements, passenger numbers, luggage and the next destination can be considered as one itinerary before any vehicle is allocated.
Ribble Valley accommodation
Planned travel between countryside hotels, private stays, dining, Clitheroe town and agreed onward destinations.
UK itineraries after Clitheroe
Manchester, London, Heathrow and other stops can follow a Stonyhurst or Ribble Valley stage without fragmenting the journey.
Manchester Airport ↔ Clitheroe
Start the UK visit with the right first connection
A Manchester Airport to Clitheroe chauffeur journey can take a family directly to a Manchester hotel, Stonyhurst, a Ribble Valley address or another confirmed first stop. Passenger details, flight information, luggage and accommodation are agreed before the journey.
For a Clitheroe departure, the collection is planned around the actual accommodation, passenger party and airport requirement. This location page covers the broader itinerary; the dedicated airport route remains distinct.
Arrival into the first stay
A Manchester Airport collection can continue to a city hotel, countryside accommodation or the agreed Clitheroe destination.
Family luggage and vehicle planning
Cases, garment bags, hand luggage and the number of travellers are reviewed before the appropriate vehicle is confirmed.
A return that fits the itinerary
Airport departure travel can be planned around the final accommodation, Stonyhurst commitment or another UK stage.
Stonyhurst College and international family travel
Make the school visit part of a considered family itinerary
For parents, guardians, education agents and family offices, a Stonyhurst journey may begin at Manchester Airport or a Manchester hotel and continue through the Ribble Valley before moving on to London, Heathrow or another UK destination. It is planned travel for an important visit, not a routine local school run.
Confirmed travel details can include the visiting party, cases, campus or accommodation point, proposed calls and return expectations. That gives the operations team a clear brief for a family arrival, a parent visit or an itinerary containing several stages.
See boarding-school and college chauffeur transfers for the dedicated service framework.
Parents and guardians arriving together
Plan the collection around the passenger party, luggage and accommodation rather than asking each traveller to arrange a separate car.
Term-date and visiting-family plans
Where dates and movements are known, airport, accommodation, college and return calls can be discussed as one programme.
Manchester-based family stays
A Manchester hotel can be the first or final base before the journey continues to Stonyhurst and the Ribble Valley.

Continue the UK programme after the Clitheroe stay
For an overseas family, Stonyhurst and the Ribble Valley are often one part of a longer annual visit. A Manchester hotel, London stay, Heathrow departure or another family destination can be built into the requirement from the outset, rather than left as a separate booking at the end.
London family stays
Move between Clitheroe and a London hotel or family address around an agreed arrival point and wider timetable.
Heathrow and international departures
A road journey to Heathrow can be included where the UK visit finishes with an onward international flight.
Manchester before or after Stonyhurst
Use Manchester accommodation as a practical first or final base for a visit that includes the Ribble Valley.
For family offices, EAs and education travel coordinators
Turn the family visit into one workable travel brief
Share the flight or rail information, passenger details, accommodation, campus or meeting point, luggage, vehicle preference and onward plans. That makes it possible to consider the Manchester, Stonyhurst and wider UK stages as one proposed itinerary.
Information before arrival
Flights, passenger contacts, significant luggage and the first confirmed destination allow the right journey plan to be prepared.
Accommodation, campus and onward movements
Hotel stays, Stonyhurst calls, family visits and the next UK destination can be reviewed in the order they are needed.
Clear confirmation for the organiser
Travel coordinators can request clear booking confirmation and VAT invoicing for eligible business, hosted or regular arrangements.
