How does invoicing and payment work?

Corporate clients with a volume agreement receive consolidated monthly invoicing — no per-journey payment admin. Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Specific invoicing arrangements are discussed during the initial consultation and structured to fit your organisation's requirements.

We start by understanding your organisation's travel patterns. How many bookings per month, which destinations come up most often, how many executives need coverage and what your scheduling looks like.

This takes around 20 minutes. It can be done by phone, email or video call — whatever works for you.

Tailored Package & Pricing

Based on your volume and routes, we put together a pricing structure that reflects your actual usage. That includes your mileage allowance within the base rate and any volume benefits that apply at your booking level.

Nothing is confirmed until you are satisfied with the structure. Final pricing is agreed before your first booking.

Portal Access & First Booking

Once the structure is agreed, we set up your corporate profile and booking access. From there, your PA or travel manager can arrange journeys directly. Driver details go out before every collection. Invoicing runs on your agreed cycle.
