Hourly & Full Day Chauffeur Hire –
Mileage & Completion Policy

Hourly and full day chauffeur hire operates on a retained basis and includes mileage at 20 miles per hour of hire, allowing up to 160 miles for an eight-hour full day booking.

Clients may travel outside the originating business district during the hire, provided the journey concludes within the same district in which the hire began.

When a booking concludes outside the original business district, the hire continues until the chauffeur and vehicle return to that district, at which point we calculate total time and mileage. If the journey exceeds the included mileage allowance, we apply additional mileage charges at the appropriate per-mile rate.

For journeys that conclude in a different city or involve extended one-way travel, we recommend a fixed transfer service, as it offers a more appropriate structure and pricing for higher-mileage travel.
