Prom hire has a one-hour minimum. The duration required depends on the collection location, journey, photographs and any additional stops.
Prom rates differ from regular hourly chauffeur hire because they accommodate a shorter booking and time for the photographs and arrival experience. Photograph time forms part of the agreed hire period.
A nearby collection and venue may fit within one hour. Longer journeys, multiple collections or additional photograph stops can require a longer booking. Share the full itinerary so we can recommend suitable timings.

5. Make Time for Photographs
Decide whether photographs will happen at home, beside the vehicle or at another agreed location. Including those plans in your enquiry helps us allow enough time before the venue arrival.
Ask passengers to be ready at the agreed time. Photographs should be an enjoyable part of the occasion, with enough time afterwards for the journey.

6. Arrange Arrival, Collection or Both
You can book transport to prom, collection afterwards or both journeys. If you need a collection, agree the time, meeting point and final destinations in advance.
Arrival and later collection do not automatically mean the chauffeur remains at the venue throughout the event. The arrangement and price will be confirmed around your itinerary.

7. Nominate the Adult Booker
Passengers under 18 cannot make an MCR EXEC booking. A parent, guardian or responsible adult must be the primary booker and provide their contact details.
An accompanying adult does not need to travel with the passengers. An adult should be present at the beginning of the journey to see them off, with the arrangements confirmed before travel.

8. Check Your Written Confirmation
Before the day, check the vehicle category, passenger numbers, collection addresses, venue, timings and total price against your plans.
