Three-Hour Minimum Hourly Hire Rates
Hourly hire offers our shortest minimum booking period for flexible appointments and multi-stop travel. These hourly rates are higher than our half-day and full-day rates. Each three-hour booking includes 60 miles.

All prices quoted are excluding VAT.
Additional time and mileage: Time beyond the agreed hire period is charged at the applicable hourly rate. Mileage beyond the included allowance is chargeable. Three hours includes 60 miles; travelling 75 miles means 15 additional miles are chargeable. Excess-mileage rates are confirmed in your quotation.
Finishing outside the original business district: If passengers finish in a different locality, chargeable hire time continues until the vehicle returns to the original business district. We confirm the district and any return arrangements in your quotation.
Other charges: Parking, tolls and airport fees are additional where applicable. Vehicle availability and the final itinerary are confirmed before booking.

What is hourly chauffeur hire?
Your chauffeur and Mercedes remain assigned to you for a booked period, allowing multiple stops and waiting between appointments. It is designed for a flexible itinerary rather than a direct long-distance or city-to-city transfer.
What is the minimum booking?
The minimum hire is three hours. Each three-hour booking includes 60 miles. Half-day and full-day bookings have their own rates and minimum periods.
When does the hire period start?
Hire starts at the collection time you select. A booking from 12 pm to 3 pm begins at 12 pm, even if passengers board later. Waiting during the booked period counts towards your hire time; there is no separate complimentary waiting allowance.
How does an airport collection work?
Allow a suitable buffer after landing for immigration, baggage collection and reaching your chauffeur. Your chauffeur is scheduled for the selected collection time and hire starts at that time. If you book 12 pm but board at 1 pm, one hour of the booked period has already elapsed.
How much mileage is included?
The allowance is 20 miles per booked hour, pooled across the booking. Three hours includes 60 miles. If you travel 75 miles, 15 additional miles are chargeable at the excess-mileage rate confirmed in your quotation.
Where should the booking finish?
The booking should finish in the same business district as the initial pickup. Travel outside that district is possible during the hire. If passengers finish in a different locality, chargeable hire time continues until the vehicle returns to the original business district. We confirm the district and any return arrangements in your quotation.
Can I change the stops or extend the booking?
Stops can be adjusted within the agreed hire time and mileage allowance. Extensions are subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability. Time beyond the agreed end time and mileage beyond the included allowance are charged as confirmed in your quotation.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Standard payment and cancellation terms apply unless your quotation states otherwise. Your written quotation and booking confirmation set out the payment deadline, cancellation terms and any event-specific conditions before you commit.
