After meeting inside Terminal 2, passengers using any of our vehicle classes proceed through Door 1 with the chauffeur.
E-Class and S-Class: West Multi-Storey P3
Saloon vehicles use the closer Terminal 2 West Multi-Storey car park, subject to the airport's live access arrangements.
V-Class and minibuses: Overheight P5
Standard and customised V-Class vehicles use the Terminal 2 overheight area because of vehicle height restrictions.
Important for V-Class passengers: P5 is the most distant of these collection points and part of the walk is outdoors and exposed to the weather. Please tell us before travel about reduced mobility, young children or unusually heavy luggage so the collection can be planned as carefully as airport rules allow.
Terminal 3 and Ryanair
Ryanair currently operates from Terminal 3. Other airlines generally use Terminal 2, but terminal assignments can change, so the flight details are checked as part of the booking.
Landing time is not collection time
Reaching the runway and reaching the arrivals hall are different stages. Immigration, baggage and customs vary by flight, which is why flight monitoring and included waiting time matter.
